Trademarks and Third-Party Content
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, brand names, and other commercial identifiers displayed within the Deals of the Game application (the “App”) are the property of their respective owners. Such marks may include, but are not limited to, the names, logos, and branding associated with restaurants, food chains, sports teams, and other businesses referenced within the App.
Deals of the Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any of the companies, brands, restaurants, or organizations whose names, logos, or trademarks may appear in the App, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any third-party names, trademarks, logos, or other brand identifiers are used solely for the purpose of identification, reference, and informational reporting regarding publicly available promotions, offers, or deals associated with those businesses. The inclusion of such materials does not imply any ownership, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by the respective trademark holders.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names appearing in the App remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Deals of the Game claims no ownership rights in such materials, and their appearance in the App is intended only to facilitate user recognition of the businesses associated with listed offers or promotions.
If any trademark holder believes that their intellectual property has been used in a manner that constitutes infringement or otherwise violates their rights, they may contact us at membership@dealofthegame.com to request review or removal of the applicable materials.

Promotional Offer Accuracy
The App aggregates and reports promotional offers, discounts, and deals that may be made available by third-party businesses. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, Deals of the Game does not guarantee the availability, validity, accuracy, or completeness of any offer displayed within the App.
Promotions may change, expire, or vary by location without notice at the discretion of the respective business. Users are encouraged to verify the details of any promotion directly with the applicable restaurant or establishment before attempting to redeem an offer.
Deals of the Game shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies, expired offers, or discrepancies between the information displayed in the App and the terms offered by the participating business.
